ESAD Blog Hop – Sweet Slumber Party

It’s new catalogue time, with the arrival of this years Autumn/Winter Mini Catalogue!! I have been a demonstrator for 5 years now and I can honestly say that THIS mini is that one that has excited me the most!
 
So many great new products to play with – not just new stamps and papers, but innovative new tools and accessories, great new dies and embossing folders that take Stampin’ Up!’s co-ordination to a whole new level, plus so much more! What is ESAD?
ESAD stands for “Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators” and it is an on-line group just for Australian and New Zealand Stampin Up demonstrators.
We so love what we do and not only do we love to share it with our customers, friends, and wonderful blog visitors, but we share our love for what we do with each other as demonstrators. We run swaps, challenges, tutorials, product know-how, and cyberstamps, and we are always there to help and support each other when it is needed.

I chose to work with the Sweet Shop Product Suite for today’s blog hop projects, and went for a  ’Sweet Slumber Party’ theme – I think this would be so cute for a young girls birthday party! To start with – the party invitation:

I have used 2 new stamp sets for this card – the cute Mouthwatering, as well as Sweet Cake, and teamed it with the Sweet Shop Specialty Designer Series Paper & gorgeous Island Indigo Bakers Twine.  Notice that cute waffle detail on the bottom – this was created using a great new tool, Simply Scored!  BUT the thing I love about this project the most is the SMELL – yes SMELL!!  The ice cream has been embossed with the new Vanilla Scented Embossing Powder and oh my gosh it smells divine!!

Next up we have a cute little Pillow Box – which I thought would make a cute wee pillow gift for all the guests at the slumber party – maybe with some cute lip balm or the like in it:

More of the cute Sweet Shop DSP, and Bakers Twine – this time in Calypso Coral!

And lastly – a sweet wee treat bag to give guests as they leave:

There’s that Sweet Shop DSP again – see all those white dots – they are all embossed, so this bag has a great texture to it.  The window and closure flap were created with another great new product, the Labels Collection Framelit dies!
