This fun card was for my hubby’s recent birthday.  I used the pennant stamp from the Pennant Parade set, but flipped it upside down to create some cute party hats.

There are a couple of sneak peeks on this card – the Designer Series Paper, and also that cute little birthday stamp AND a new die to cut the banner!  Want a closer look??
