Today’s card was one of the most popular with the attendees at my recent catalogue launch party, and yet it was probably the most basic! In fact it was so basic that after I completed it I contemplated not displaying it because it almost seemed too basic!
To create this card I simply scribbled the three colours of watercolour pencil on my Shimmery White Cardstock and then very lightly spritzed it with water in a couple of places. Then I cut the Happy Birthday Thinlit die twice, once in Melon Mambo & once in Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and layered them together with a slight off-set:
So, so easy – but it proves that the simplest ideas are often the best! Pop back tomorrow night for the Colour Your World Blog Hop – we have another great colour combo to inspire you.
