It’s the first day of the school holidays here in NZ and so far, so good – the sun is shining and the kids are happily entertaining themselves with Lego! No doubt there will be some crafting involved at some point over the next 2 weeks as it’s always a favourite activity for them both.
Today’s card is what we created at last months Technique Class featuring the great Dazzling Details technique.
I love how effective the 3 colours on the stamp turned out and then all that glitter just adds such a WOW! To stamp with multiple colours like this simply ink up your full stamp with the lightest of your colours and then use a Sponge Dauber or Stampin’ Sponge to add your other colours to the stamp. ‘Huff’ on the stamp before stamping it onto cardstock.
I really love the border die in the Card Front Builder Thinlits – it adds such a nice detail to your card, and the same dies make cutting out those little ornaments so easy!
